NAIMED SPRINT — TERMS

These Terms govern the purchase and delivery of the NAIMED 7-Day AI Visibility Sprint ("the Sprint") from Sell with Marketing LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("SWM", "we", "us"). By purchasing the Sprint you ("the Client") agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Sprint is a done-for-you engagement to measure and improve your visibility in AI answer engines (Generative Engine Optimization). We do the work inside your website; you do not have to act on a list of recommendations.

2. Price & Payment

The Sprint is a one-time fee of $700 USD, payable 100% upfront via Stripe at checkout. Work begins after payment and the scheduling of your kickoff call.

3. Refunds

The Sprint is non-refundable. Once the kickoff call has been scheduled, the fee is non-refundable in whole or in part, as we begin reserving capacity and starting work at that point.

4. Scope of Work

The Sprint includes:

• AI Share of Voice audit across six engines — ChatGPT, Claude, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Technical SEO performed on your site (crawlability, speed, site structure, metadata, and clean markup).
• Schema and structured data installed across your site.
• Answer-first rewrite and optimization of up to 5 priority pages.
• The NAIMED report — a before/after visibility scorecard.

5. Timeline

The Sprint is delivered within 7 business days from the kickoff call. The 7-day clock starts at the kickoff, once we have the information needed to begin. Delays caused by the Client (e.g. missing site access or information) extend the timeline accordingly.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Book and attend the 30-minute kickoff call (the buyer or an authorized representative).
• Provide the website access and credentials needed to perform the work (CMS, hosting, or platform access as applicable).
• Provide your ideal customer profile, three competitors, and the questions your buyers ask before they buy.
• Respond to requests within a reasonable time so delivery stays on schedule.

7. Languages

The Sprint runs in English or Spanish, both included. Additional languages (such as German or French) are available as a paid language upsell, quoted separately.

8. What's Not Included

Unless agreed separately in writing, the Sprint does not include: ongoing or continuous AI visibility monitoring; re-measurement after the Sprint; retainer or recurring work; paid media; content or optimization beyond the 5 priority pages; or third-party tool subscriptions.

9. Results Disclaimer

AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Gemini, and Copilot) are independent third-party platforms that crawl, index, and update content on their own schedules and by their own logic. We deliver the audit, the technical work, and an installed, citable foundation. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, citation, mention, or placement in any AI engine or search result.

10. Intellectual Property

On full payment, the deliverables and changes made to your website belong to you. Pre-existing SWM methods, templates, and tooling remain the property of SWM.

11. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only to deliver or receive the Sprint.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
