— 01 What it is

Operators learn by doing — safely, repeatedly.

Training new plant operators on live equipment is expensive and dangerous. Mistakes cost production time, scrapped material, and in the worst cases, lives. Most industrial firms either rush operators onto the floor or rely on classroom-only programs that do not transfer to muscle memory.

VR with Fyware delivers a third option: custom immersive simulations of your exact machines, procedures, and safety scenarios. Operators rehearse until they get it right — without ever touching the real line.

— 02 What's included

Six capabilities. One immersive system.

  • Custom training modules per machine and process — Built from your real engineering specs.
  • Equipment operation simulations — CNC, robotic cells, presses, mixers, packaging lines, energy systems.
  • Safety procedure training — Lockout/tagout, confined-space entry, fire response, hazardous materials.
  • Operator onboarding without production downtime — Train new hires in parallel to active production.
  • Multi-language module support — English, Spanish, German, Portuguese, French. Others on request.
  • Performance tracking and certification — Time-to-competency, error rates, retraining triggers, training records.
— 03 Who it's for

When training is the bottleneck.

  • Manufacturers with high operator turnover and long ramp-up times
  • Industrial firms with insurance-flagged safety incidents or audit findings
  • Companies expanding to a new shift, line, or geography without enough trained operators
  • Plants with high-risk procedures where on-the-line training is impossible
  • Multi-site operators standardizing training across countries and languages
  • Industrial-tech vendors who want to ship VR training alongside their equipment as a competitive differentiator

Before you sign.

What is VR with Fyware?

A partnership between Sell with Marketing and Fyware that delivers immersive virtual reality training environments for industrial plant operators. Each module is custom-built for a specific machine, procedure, or safety scenario.

Which VR headsets are supported?

Meta Quest 3, Meta Quest Pro, Pico 4 Enterprise, HTC Vive Focus 3, and Varjo XR-4 for high-fidelity simulations. We recommend the headset class based on the use case.

How long does it take to build a custom module?

A standard module takes 8–14 weeks: 2 weeks of process mapping with your engineers, 4–8 weeks of build, 2–3 weeks of QA on your real equipment. Complex multi-machine workflows run 16–24 weeks.

What languages do you support?

English, Spanish, German, Portuguese, and French as standard. Other languages on request — we localize narration, on-screen text, and unit conventions (metric / imperial) per module.

Does this replace traditional training?

It replaces the parts that cost the most: line downtime, instructor hours, and risk of training on live equipment. Blended models typically reduce training time by 35–55% and accident rates by 40–70% in the first year.
