Neuroscience Brand Overhaul

800+ neuroscientists and medical leaders from around the world. A flawless four-day event at the Los Angeles Convention Center (April 16–19, 2026). Keynote speakers including Dr. Thomas Südhof (Nobel Prize in Medicine), Dr. Jonathan Lunine (Chief Scientist, NASA JPL), and Dr. Denis Fedorenko (world's largest single-center MS treatment experience). The science got the stage it deserved.

Challenge

The World Brain Mapping Foundation needed more than marketing — they needed an operational partner capable of driving attendance, managing digital presence, and executing a world-class event experience for one of neuroscience's most prestigious annual gatherings.

Solution

We ran a full-funnel campaign across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Andrómeda), built and configured the official event app, and provided end-to-end logistics support for both the 23rd Annual World Brain Mapping Congress and the Gala for the Cure — a black-tie fundraising event held alongside the main program.
