What does Sell with Marketing do?
Sell with Marketing (SWM) is a B2B marketing agency specialized in industrial brands — contract manufacturers, industrial-tech vendors, Industry 4.0 companies, and B2B SaaS for manufacturing. We build the integrated demand engine (brand, content, SEO, paid media, outbound, CRM) that puts industrial firms on the shortlist before the RFP is written. Bilingual delivery in English and Spanish, with German support via our Head of Europe.
Where is the agency based?
SWM operates from four offices: Guadalajara, Mexico (HQ); Wilmington, Delaware (US); Caracas, Venezuela; and Mücke, Hessen (Germany). The team works remotely across these hubs, which lets us cover the US, DACH, UK, Netherlands, and Mexico markets without timezone gaps.
Who is the founder?
Manuel García is the founder and CEO. 20+ years in B2B industrial marketing across CPG, automation, energy, chemicals, and manufacturing. Faculty member at Tec de Monterrey, HubSpot Solutions Partner, and recurring speaker on industrial marketing transformation.

Do you do paid media (Meta + Google Ads)?
Yes. Paid media is one of the six engines inside the Lead Generation Machine. We run Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads with full creative production. Tightly targeted toward named accounts and procurement-driven personas — not broad-reach campaigns that waste budget on industrial categories.
Do you handle SEO and AEO?
Yes. We treat them as one motion. Long-form technical content is built to rank in Google search AND to be cited by answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Claude). The same article should land in both places — that is the AEO discipline.
Do you build websites?
Yes. Web design and B2B e-commerce is one of our four services. We build on Astro + Sanity for content-heavy sites, Shopify or BigCommerce for B2B e-commerce, or custom stacks for complex configurators. All sites are SEO-ready out of the gate with schema markup, Core Web Vitals optimization, and CRM integration.

How do you start working with a new client?
Every engagement starts with a Free Brand Audit — a 48-hour written assessment of your current marketing motion, no pitch and no strings. If we find a fit, we propose a scope, tier, and timeline. Most engagements begin with a 30–60 day onboarding (audit, CRM integration, ICP refinement, content plan) before the engine starts producing measurable output.
What is the typical contract length?
Retainer engagements are month-to-month after a 3-month initial commitment. The 3-month minimum exists because nothing meaningful in B2B industrial marketing happens in 4 weeks. Web design and VR projects are fixed-scope with milestone deliverables.
How long does it take to see results?
Outbound and paid: 30–60 days for attributed meetings. SEO and AEO: 6–12 months to compound. Brand and LinkedIn presence: 90–120 days for inbound conversations. Full pipeline ROI typically visible by month 6, aligned to the revenue cycle of your category.
Pricing & geography
How much does it cost?
We don't publish pricing because every industrial firm we work with has different scope, current infrastructure, and target geography. After the Free Brand Audit, we propose a tier that matches your pipeline ambition and the operational lift required to get there. Lead Generation Machine retainers operate as monthly base + small performance commission on attributed revenue.
Which countries do you serve?
Primary markets: United States, Germany, United Kingdom, Netherlands, and Mexico. We also work with Austrian and Swiss clients via the German office, and we have project history in Colombia, Venezuela, and Canada. The bar is whether your buyer is in one of those markets and your sales motion is mature enough to absorb a sustained demand engine.
Do you work in Spanish?
Yes. The team is natively bilingual (English + Spanish), and we have German speakers on the European side. Content production happens in the language of the target market — not translated from one master version. A Spanish-market article is written by a Spanish-native operator, not translated from English.
AI and tooling
Do you use AI in content production?
Yes, for the parts where AI produces real value: research compression, structured comparisons that answer engines cite, ABM targeting at depth, RFP response drafting, and regulator-friendly content review. The byline and substantive judgment stay with named human SMEs. We do not ship generic AI-generated content the buyer never reads.
