What people ask before signing
What does "built with AI" actually mean?
It describes how we work, not what you get. Specification, implementation and tests are produced by an AI-assisted engineering process, reviewed by a human at every gate. You get ordinary, readable, tested software — just far faster than a traditional shop can produce it.
Who owns the code?
You do. Development happens in your repository and your cloud account from the first commit. There is no per-seat licence on what we build and nothing to hand back if we stop working together.
How do I know it works?
Every build ships with an automated test suite you can run yourself, and the acceptance criteria are agreed in writing before a line is written. You approve against the criteria, not against a demo.
Is it a project or a retainer?
Project rate for the build. Optional retainer afterwards for maintenance, monitoring and enhancements. The support contract is quoted in the same proposal as the build, not afterwards: every system in production needs monitoring, fixes and evolution.
