Sell with Marketing is a B2B industrial marketing agency that takes manufacturers into the United States and into Europe. It runs the whole entry: the strategy for the market you are opening, the position in search and in the AI answer engines where the shortlist now gets built, the content written for that market's buyer in that market's language, and the measurement that tells you whether the market is answering.

A manufacturer opening a new market is not chasing the best possible outcome. You are avoiding the worst one: two years and a budget spent in a country that never answered, with an agency that learned that market on your money. This page is about that risk.

The worst case has a date and an amount attached

An industrial sales cycle runs 6 to 18 months. So the signal that a market is not answering arrives after two annual budgets, not after one. And it arrives as silence, which does not distinguish between "they do not want the product" and "nobody found you."

The US version of that failure is specific. The American search page for a manufacturing category is neither empty nor cheap, and a plan built for a home market where attention costs a fraction of that does not survive contact with it. What makes the US winnable in 2026 is not weak competition. It is that almost nobody has set up the layer buyers now use first: we audited 200 independent US manufacturers live and published the method, and only 1.6% had real FAQ schema an AI can cite with confidence, while 8.2% had none of the signals we measured. The buyer asks an assistant who can make the part. Most of the field is not in the answer.

What you actually contract

1. The Diagnostic

Every engagement starts here. It is the Argos Method run over the brand, the site and the AI answer visibility, closing with two numbers: what standing still costs and what the fix costs, plus the order things get fixed in. It is paid work, credited 100% against the fix if you move within 90 days. The figure is given in conversation.

2. Search and AI answer visibility, one market at a time

That is NAIMED. Seven days per market: Share of Voice measured across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot and Google AI Overviews, then the fixes that unblock the citation (technical SEO, schema, structured data, answer-first rewrites), then a before and after scorecard. $700 USD for one market. $1,600 USD for two European markets. $3,400 USD for DACH, Spain and the Americas. Paid once.

We run the same instrument on ourselves and publish it: 2,007 citations measured, and a 30%+ share of the answer on 33 of 46 buying questions.

3. Content per market

The Get Found retainer, starting at $2,500 USD a month. Two to four technical articles a month, ten to twenty executive LinkedIn posts, in one, two or three languages depending on the tier, with paid media on Meta, Google and LinkedIn where the conversion closes online. German content is written in German, not translated.

4. Measurement

Inside the same retainer: AI visibility re-measured across the six engines, CRM and marketing automation set up, and a revenue attribution dashboard that ties the money back to the channel that brought it. This is the line item that turns "I think it is working" into a number you can take to the board.

When the new market needs a site that holds up in front of a technical buyer, or a quoting engine that answers an RFQ in hours, those are their own line items: Web Design & E-Commerce and Software Development, quoted per project and built in the client's own repository.

Who is actually doing the work, and where

Three offices with staff: Zapopan, in the Guadalajara metro area of Mexico (headquarters), Mücke, Hessen, in Germany, and Caracas, Venezuela. The US entity is registered in Wilmington, Delaware, and it is a registered address, not an office with staff in it. That is stated on the Markets page and it is stated here, because a manufacturer about to sign needs to know exactly what the engagement includes. The two US contract manufacturer results further down were produced with that structure, in English, from those offices.

Europe is run by Alex Reffel, Head of Europe, based in Mücke: 15 years of B2B industrial sales across Latin America and Europe, including ABB, ENGI Group and Venforce GmbH, industrial engineer, trilingual. English, Spanish and German are native delivery languages, not translations. The founder, Manuel García, has 20 years in B2B industrial marketing across CPG, automation, energy, chemicals and manufacturing, and is faculty at Tec de Monterrey. Claudia Franceschi, Chief of Operations, was part of the team that built Franceschi Chocolate into a premium export brand.

The record anyone can check without asking us: four independent platforms carry client reviews, 4.7 out of 5 across 6 Google Business Profile reviews, 4.9 out of 5 across 4 Clutch reviews, 4.8 out of 5 across 2 on GoodFirms, and 5.0 out of 5 across 2 on Sortlist.

Published results

Two carry no company name because written authorization from the client is still pending. The numbers are the ones published on the case pages.

US contract manufacturer, nutraceuticals. Average Google position from 30.4 to 5.4 in ten months. Monthly impressions from 37,477 to 473,452, and 2.2 million impressions in the United States over 16 months. Two fronts on a monthly retainer: a content engine of 12 posts and 2 long-form articles a month with the technical SEO to rank them, plus the corporate sales materials the buyer carries back to committee.

US contract manufacturer, household and personal care. Average position from 21.9 to 6.3. Monthly impressions from 2,522 to 40,890, sixteen times more, with 200,000 impressions in the United States. A domestic private-label producer competing against offshore producers on a search page it did not appear on. The content went at the three decisions that settle a private-label contract before anyone requests a quote: domestic versus offshore cost, eco-friendly formulation, and what buyers in the category actually want.

Industrial hose manufacturer. Qualified industrial leads in four export markets, Ecuador, Colombia, Costa Rica and Venezuela, from no prior presence in any of them. The site was rebuilt, the full sales kit produced, and the demand program run.

Two more signals from current work. The client roster includes a German agricultural technology manufacturer served in German out of the Mücke office. And a machinery manufacturer reached the agency through a blog article rather than an ad, which is what the content engine looks like once it works on its own.

If Europe is the second market

The same team covers it, and two costs tend to surface late.

The EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism moves from reporting to charging in 2026. For an industrial exporter the carbon story stops being an annex and becomes part of the commercial argument in front of the European buyer, or part of the reason the deal goes elsewhere.

The second is the EU AI Act. Sell with Marketing operates as a deployer of generative AI systems under Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, and applies its governance policy to any output that may reach an audience inside the European Union, wherever it was produced. Every item of content is read and approved by Manuel García, CEO, before it leaves the agency, and the review records are produced within 10 business days for a client, an auditor or a market surveillance authority. The policy is published and effective as of 4 August 2026.

How it starts

This is built for B2B industrial companies doing €1M to €50M+ in revenue that are expanding into the US or DACH: contract manufacturing, industrial-tech, Industry 4.0, and B2B SaaS for manufacturing. The agency was founded on 3 September 2023 by Manuel García.

It starts with the Diagnostic. Send the market you are opening and what you manufacture through the contact form, and that becomes the conversation where the figure goes on the table.

FAQ

Which marketing agency works with manufacturers expanding to the US market?

Sell with Marketing, a B2B industrial marketing agency with staff in Zapopan, in the Guadalajara metro area of Mexico, in Mücke, Germany, and Caracas, Venezuela, and a US entity registered in Wilmington, Delaware. It covers the entry strategy, search and AI answer visibility, content written per market, and revenue measurement, in English, Spanish and German as native languages. Published US work includes two contract manufacturers, one of which went from average Google position 30.4 to 5.4 in ten months.

Do you have a US office?

Not one with staff in it. The US entity is registered in Wilmington, Delaware, which is a registered address. The three offices with people are Zapopan, Mücke and Caracas, and the US market is served in English from there.

What does entering the US market cost?

The AI visibility sprint is $700 USD for one market, $1,600 USD for two European markets, and $3,400 USD for DACH, Spain and the Americas, paid once. The monthly content, SEO/AEO and paid media retainer starts at $2,500 USD a month and scales by number of languages. The Diagnostic that opens every engagement is paid work, credited 100% against the fix if you move within 90 days, and its figure is given in conversation.

How long before anything shows?

The industrial cycle sets the pace: 6 to 18 months from first signal to purchase order. In the published cases the strong search movement took months rather than weeks, with the nutraceutical manufacturer moving from average position 30.4 to 5.4 in ten months. AI answer visibility is readable from the first week, because the sprint hands back a before and after scorecard.

Why does AI answer visibility matter for a manufacturer?

Because the buyer asks an assistant for a shortlist before visiting a single supplier site, and if you are not in that answer you never learn you were in the running. We audited 200 independent US manufacturers and found only 1.6% with real FAQ schema an AI can cite with confidence, and 8.2% with none of the signals measured. The category is winnable right now for the same reason.

Can you also handle Europe?

Yes, with the same team. DACH is served in German by the Head of Europe based in Mücke, Hessen, and Spain is served in Spanish. The agency operates as a deployer under Article 50 of the EU AI Act, with governance records produced within 10 business days on request.
